Please repost! These dogs’ lives depend on it!
The following dogs are under the care of Pulaski County Animal Control and will be killed by 06/04/10, OR SOONER, due to lack of space! This is the sad reality of people's failure to spay/neuter their pets and properly care for them!
Rea, young female border collie mix, approximately 40 lbs, very sweet.
Miley, young female heeler mix, sweet dog with lots of energy, likes to chase toys and tennis balls, already knows "sit" and will be very easy to train.
Mandy, young Heinz 57 mix, approximately 25 lbs, small and snuggly, likes to give hugs.
Maddy, young pit bull mix, lots of energy and loves to play, would be a great running buddy.
Holly, gorgeous full figured redhead, loves tummy rubs, already spayed, good leash manners.
Enrique, pit bull mix puppy, super sweet, not likely to get very big.
Dutch, adult male terrier mix, sweet and energetic, loves to play.
Delilah, young female terrier mix, already spayed, was adopted and returned when her owner fell on hard financial times, very sweet snuggler.
Chipper, adult male beagle mix, already neutered, super friendly, good leash manners. Reduced adoption fee courtesy of the Josh Brown Paw Partners Fund.
Tony, young male Blue Heeler, timid but comes out of his shell easily, sweet and playful.
If you are interested in adopting any of these wonderful dogs, please contact Pulaski County Animal Control at 540-674-8359 immediately! These dogs’ lives depend on it!
The adoption fee for each of these dogs is $85, which covers vaccinations, worming, spay/neuter, and any other veterinary care these dogs may have received, even if it is in excess of the adoption fee!
